Becoming a bag lady

I don't know what's happened lately but I've found myself buying bags recently.

I used to be content with the one everyday bag and one or two clutches but suddenly I have I think 10 bags?  What's going on?

I've added another Longchamp to my collection and purchased my first Michael Kors.

Michael Kors Sutton medium in Dark Khaki (so weird that Americans consider this to be khaki when us Aussies think of the light forest green as khaki):

Have you purchased any bags lately?  What did you get?

  1. S also thinks that colour is khaki and when he told me he was wearing khaki trousers (which I thought was the green colour) to the wedding I was like WTF!

I love the Longchamp bag. I really want to get a Le Pliage....should just do it!

    1. HAHAHA I can imagine the look on your face when your fiance tells you he wants to wear green pants while he marries you..

Yeah Le Pliage is a good everyday bag!

  2. Can I ask where you purchased your Michael Kors bag from? I have been wanting to order the large in black or dune but cannot find an online retailer that ships to Australia.

    1. There is a medium black on Neiman Marcus or a large black on Avenue K.

I bought mine from ebay as dark khaki is pretty much sold out in retailers. HTH!

  3. I'd say it's a dark caramel, but that is close to khaki. :P Light forest green just from a quick glance at google images reminds me of the army. The colour and name confusion I think could steam from the colour of army uniforms?

    1. Yes! Khaki to Aussies is the army forest green whereas to Americans like yourself I think it's a pale caramel? Or dark caramel?
