You will need:
- Glass/ceramic bowl/jar/jug/deep plate
- Boiling water
- 1 tablespoon bi-carb soda
- Foil, ripped into shreds
- Uncleaned sterling silver jewelry (as below)
Method:
- Chuck it all in a bowl. Stir
5 minutes later, pour the hot water out. Discard the foil (be careful not to throw out earrings at the same time. Might be a silly thing to say but I managed to do this). Rinse the silver and lay to dry on a tea towel.
Voila!
Might try this. Voguettes also have the hot water in morning fresh method and afterwards blow dry the items which I have tried previously and it works.
